La Foire d’Art Contemporain africain (Also Known As Africa) ouvre ses portes du 10 au 12 novembre 2017 au Carreau du Temple à Paris. Pour cette 2ème édition, la fondatrice Victoria Mann et la directrice artistique Salimata Diop, ont placé l’évènement sous le thème de la guérison. 38 galeries internationales issues de 19 pays vont présenter le travail de 149 artistes originaires du continent africain et autres. Une occasion pour le public d’aller à la rencontre de ces artistes et peut-être de trouver un moyen de panser certaines blessures…
The Contemporary African Art Fair (Also Known As Africa) is opening its door from 10 to 12 November 2017 at Carreau du Temple in Paris. For its 2nd edition, the founder, Victoria Mann and the Art Director Salimta Diop have placed the event under the theme of healing. 38 international galleries from 19 countries have responded to their invitation and are going to submit the artwork of 149 artists originated from the African continent and elsewhere. A good opportunity for the public to come and meet those artists and maybe to find a way to bind up some wounds …
